TRAVEL SERVICES AGREEMENT

Travel Agency is in the business of providing travel agency services to tourists traveling to Korea.
daOne Tour is in the business of planning, arranging, and selling tours in Korea.

Travel Agency and daOne Tour (collectively referred to as the “Parties”) wish for Travel Agency to purchase tours from daOne Tour from time to time on behalf of its clients in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

(7)  K-NOBLE 7   ROUND NATION TRIP 10N11D

 

Therefore, the Parties agree as follows:

1. Purchase of Tours   

 

 (a) Travel Agency may purchase from daOne Tour the tours listed in the Tour List on behalf of Travel Agency’s clients. However, Travel Agency is not permitted to resell these tours to another wholesaler or travel agency without the explicit written consent of daOne Tour.

(b) daOne Tour may, at its sole discretion, modify the tours, prices, or other tour conditions from time to time by providing written notice to Travel Agency.

 

2. Cancellation of Tours  

 Travel Agency will be billed for any tour that it attempts to cancel after the applicable cancellation deadline, even if its client does not participate in the tour.

daOne Tour may cancel any tour at any time; however, Travel Agency will not be charged for any tour cancelled by daOne Tour.

 

3. Acceptance of Tours

 daOne Tour may accept or reject any booking request at its sole discretion and has no obligation to accept any booking that Travel Agency wishes to make, regardless of when Travel Agency contacts daOne Tour to book a tour.

 

4. Invoice

(a) daOne Tour will send invoices to Travel Agency for tours booked by Travel Agency. Travel Agency must pay each invoice 28 days prior to the tour departure date.

Payments shall be made by bank transfer to the bank account designated by daOne Tour in United States Dollars (USD), Euro (EUR), or other mutually agreed currencies.

(b) daOne Tour has no responsibility to collect payment for tours from Travel Agency’s clients. Travel Agency will remain responsible for paying daOne Tour for all tours booked by Travel Agency that are not cancelled before the permitted cancellation deadline, regardless of whether Travel Agency has received payment from its clients.

 

5. Payment Policy

 Full payment of the total tour cost must be received at least four (4) weeks (28 days) prior to the tour departure date. Tour reservations will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment by daOne Tour.

 

6. Cancellation Policy (Refund Policy)

The following penalty regulations apply for tour cancellations.

(a) The refund policy is calculated based on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding  Korean national holidays.

(b) If the refund amount must be transferred overseas, all related bank transfer fees shall be  borne by the Travel Agency.

 

7.        Cancellation Policy (Refund Policy)

28 days +   80% Refund    

21 days +   70% Refund   

14 days +   60% Refund

07 days +   50% Refund    

04 days +   30% Refund    

03 days +    No Refund
