TOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT

Effective as of October 1, 2026

This Tour Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between daOne Tour Co., Ltd. (“daOne Tour”), a Korea-based provider of tour planning and travel services, and [________________________________] (“Travel Agency”), an overseas travel agency arranging travel to Korea on behalf of its clients.

daOne Tour and Travel Agency (collectively, the “Parties”) enter into this Agreement to establish the terms of their cooperation in connection with Travel Agency’s purchase of K-Noble Tours from daOne Tour on behalf of its clients and daOne Tour’s provision of the corresponding tour and travel services in Korea.

The Parties agree as follows:

Article 1 (Purchase of Tours)

(a) Travel Agency may purchase from daOne Tour the tours listed in the Tour List on behalf of Travel Agency’s clients. However, Travel Agency is not permitted to resell these tours to another wholesaler or travel agency without the explicit written consent of daOne Tour.

(b) daOne Tour may, at its sole discretion, modify the tours, prices, or other tour conditions from time to time by providing written notice to Travel Agency.

Article 2 (Cancellation of Tours)

(a) Cancellations by Travel Agency are subject to the Cancellation Policy (Refund Policy) set out in Article 6 of this Agreement, even if its client does not participate in the tour.

(b) daOne Tour may cancel any tour at any time. Travel Agency will not be charged for any tour cancelled by daOne Tour, and any payment already received for that tour will be refunded in full.

Article 3 (Acceptance of Tours)

daOne Tour may accept or reject any booking request at its sole discretion and has no obligation to accept any booking that Travel Agency wishes to make, regardless of when Travel Agency contacts daOne Tour to book a tour.

Article 4 (Invoice)

(a) daOne Tour will issue invoices to Travel Agency for tours booked by Travel Agency. Full payment of each invoice must be received no later than six (6) weeks prior to the tour start date.

(b) Payments shall be made by bank transfer to the bank account designated by daOne Tour in United States Dollars (USD), Euro (EUR), or other mutually agreed currencies.

(c) daOne Tour is not responsible for collecting payment from Travel Agency’s clients. Travel Agency remains responsible for making payment to daOne Tour in accordance with this Agreement, regardless of whether it has received payment from its clients.

Article 5 (Payment Policy)

(a) No deposit is required at the time of booking.

(b) Full payment of the total tour cost must be received no later than six (6) weeks prior to the tour start date.

(c) Final booking confirmation will be issued only upon receipt of full payment by daOne Tour.

(d) Within two (2) weeks of confirming receipt of full payment, daOne Tour will provide Travel Agency with a summary of the confirmed tour arrangements, including hotels and other services.

Article 6 (Cancellation Policy and Refunds)

(a) The following refund policy applies to cancellations made after payment of the tour cost.

(b) Cancellation periods are calculated in working days before the tour start date. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Korean national holidays. Saturdays, Sundays, and Korean national holidays are not counted.

(c) The applicable refund rate is determined by the date on which daOne Tour receives the cancellation notice from Travel Agency.

• 42–28 working days before the tour start date: 70% of total tour cost.
• 27–15 working days before the tour start date: 60% of total tour cost.
• 14–7 working days before the tour start date: 50% of total tour cost.
• 6 working days or fewer before the tour start date, including the tour start date: No refund.

(d) If a refund is transferred overseas, all related bank transfer fees shall be borne by Travel Agency.

(e) The payment and cancellation terms set out in this Agreement replace the previous payment and cancellation terms for K-Noble Tours and take effect on October 1, 2026.
